The Advancing Leadership Programme is built on effective and proven leadership and management theory and practice. All programme content is designed to meet the needs of participants to be practically applied in their organisation. The programme begins with online leadership assessments and an initial connection with participants to gain an understanding of learning needs to help tailor experiences within our proven leadership programme framework.

Participants first come together for an intensive three-day on-site residential. During these three days participants will learn first about key aspects of leading self, then focus on leading others. Residential One includes guest speakers from the sector alongside a range of interactive workshops. At the conclusion of Residential One, all participants have better clarity on who they are as a leader and how they can better lead others. Participants can access dedicated one to one coaching to ensure they are supported to apply their leadership learning.

Residential Two brings all the participants back together for another three days of advanced topics such as team performance, courageous conversations, and organisational leadership. The programme culminates with each participant being guided to craft a personalised professional development plan to continue their leadership growth into the future.
